Ms. Sophie (as the kids lovingly call her) has been practicing Taekwondo for over 12 years and competes at both the State and National level. Her favorite part of Taekwondo is Poomsae (patterns) because it has helped increase her focus, build patience and develop strong discipline. Her favorite part of being an instructor? “Being able to work with all the little kids, their smiles when they do something for the first time and of course how much fun we have together before and after class.”
